Standard Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Land of the Free uses only trusted carriers to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page, you'll see your item description, price and estimated delivery date based on the shipping option selected. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Member shipping options are listed below:
- Standard Shipping – Delivery Within 7-10 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping – Delivery Within 3-5 Business Days
- 2 Day Shipping – Delivery in 2 Business Days
- Standard Overnight Shipping – Next Business Day
All delivery times based on when the courier receives the order. Overnight and 2 Day Shipping options are still subjected to handling times. See handling times below for possible delays. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.
membermarkets is not responsible for delays in delivery times once the package has been shipped, and picked up by a courier from a membermarkets facility. Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt courier transportation flow anytime, anywhere, and with little warning. If interruptions or delays in shipments should occur, please contact the courier responsible for delivering your package. Once the tracking information indicates a delivery, the order is complete. membermarkets will not be responsible for packages that have been stolen or misplaced once delivery has occured.

The ‘Handling Time’ is an estimate of the time required to prepare the shipment. Products can be delivered direct by membermarkets, its distribution partners, or our manufacturers. Most items will ship within 1 business day after you place your order. While membermarkets works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer handling times. Handling Times may also be extended for items shipped directly from our distribution partners or manufacturers.
Occasionally, we will confirm handling and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new handling and delivery times.
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. To help you save on shipping, membermarkets chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment based on the lowest estimated cost. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.
Carrier Delivery Options
membermarkets chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to membermarkets. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
In addition to these options, our carriers may offer additional delivery options, which may include electronic signature or estimated delivery time windows. To learn more about additional delivery options, please do so by contacting the courier responsible for delivering your order.
Shipping in the U.S.
Items purchased online from membermarkets affiliates ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from membermarkets.
Orders that have shipping destinations outside of the continental US may be subject to additional shipping fees, including orders over $100. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
